Quality Control

While many of our products undergo a sanitization process upon receipt, we want to be transparent that we cannot ensure they will be entirely free from dirt, stains, or odors. Any imperfections will be explicitly disclosed in the product descriptions. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions; we are here to assist you.

Most of our products are preloved, which means we cannot guarantee their waterproofing or absolute completeness. Some vintage or antique items may exhibit minor signs of wear and tear, which is typical for such items.

Please be aware that any warranties or guarantees provided by product manufacturers are not applicable to our preloved items. At this time, Watch My Style cannot offer any warranties or guarantees for our products.

For branded items, we ensure their authenticity through careful sourcing. In the unlikely event that you discover an item is not genuine within 60 days of receiving it, please contact us with proof, and we will apply our alternative returns policy. In such cases, the items will be properly disposed of, and we will report the supplier to the authorities, in accordance with our strict zero-tolerance policy for non-authentic items.
