Returns

Whilst we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, we understand this isn't always the case.  

  

Every item description is designed to capture the true essence of what you will receive but we also understand seeing an item in-person cannot be replicated with photos and a description, however amazing they may be! 

 

Therefore, we offer a 14 day return period from the date of delivery.  

  

Due to hygiene reasons, returns will only be available for unused/unworn items. 

  

Each item must be specified clearly and returned in the condition shown in the product listing. As we are a small business, we cannot at this stage cover returns costs, which must instead be covered by you. Refunds will then be processed once the item(s) has been received and inspected. Once approved, you refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. 

  

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by us. We recommend returns are sent tracked/recorded to insure them as we cannot issue a refund if the item(s) don't arrive back with us.  

  

Any items returned that are deemed to be worn, damaged or not match the original listing photos will be returned to you at your own cost and a refund will not be issued.  

  

If any item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can put it right. We recommend only signing for an item once you've inspected it.
